Role: Datastage ETL Consultant

Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ – local preferred, must be onsite

Duration: 10 months

Job Description:

Should have 7 years of experience in DataStage & ETL tools.
Should have good knowledge & experience in Datastage 8.0 and above – development experience on parallel jobs.
Database experience/knowledge – Oracle SQL will be preferred, knowledge on Oracle DB query tools - TOAD, SQL Developer.
Basic knowledge on UNIX commands and DataStage SAP Packs is an added plus.
Experience on any defect management tools like HPQC, and Version Control tools like Tortoise SVN is an added plus.
Experienced working on Reporting Tool like COGNOS.
Experienced working on SAP data migration projects.
Understand SAP database tables and experienced extracting data from SAP.
Experienced working on BAPI, IDOC interfaces from ETL to SAP.
Able to work independently in the project
Good written & oral communication skills, experience in offshore delivery model with SDLC knowledge.
Responsibility: Participate in Requirements Gathering, Design, Development, Code Reviews, Team Management, Client Interaction, Timely delivery."
