•  More than 8 years of experience in SAP ECC ABAP development plus CRM integration with SD / FICO development experience 
  
• Preferably with PS and/or HCM (CATS) experience ¿ Experience in developing complex cross application solutions for SAP ECC 
  
• Experience with development of interfaces to and from SAP utilizing various interface methods and middleware systems. 
  
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Participates in and conducts peer reviews as needed 
  
• Communication and interpersonal skills for consulting with functional analysts/users to understand needs, define requirements, and provide effective solutions. 
  
• Conduct work effort estimations 
  
• Experience/knowledge in ECC/CRM/GTS 
  
• Provide guidance with other resources
