Integrity is all about honesty, reliability, walking the talk, commitment, never cutting corners or taking shortcuts to achieve something. 

Treating every human being in this world with respect is a hallmark of humility, nobility & sobriety. As they say, Success does not go to their heads.

Integrity is what every employer seeks in an employee & every person looks for in a relationship wit another. Being humble is a part of nature & is influenced to a great extant by upbringing & environment too.
