Job Description : The Worker must be a senior ITS System Analyst and will be responsible for analyzing system issues and developing functional business requirements as well as technical system requirements to support correcting system issues. The Worker must have extensive knowledge and comfort performing requirements gathering and interpretation for the CPA Tax System. Particular familiarity with the eSystems, as well as a proficient understanding of secure development practices (including authentication, authorization, confidentiality, data-integrity, non-repudiation, and availability) is required. The Worker must be able to follow requirements elicitation and documentation processes, follow a detailed project plan and generate work estimates. The Worker must be able to take assignments and direction from agency management and technical lead staff.
Onsite Requirements: Worker will be required to work on site with the team. Working remotely will be limited and must be pre-approved by the Project Manager and Direct Supervisor.

10 Working experience and detailed knowledge of CPA's Tax System, including eSystems.
10 Experience gathering and documenting functional business requirements for tax systems.
10 Experience translating functional business requirements into technical requirements.
7 Extensive experience with secure coding practices for web based systems
3 Experience with security matrixes and data sources
3 Experience evaluating processes for efficiency, effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement

10 Proficient java development processes and programming language
10 Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government)
