                       Should have knowledge about UCCX IVR scripting

                       Voice Gateway : MGCP,H323,SIP , T1 ,E1 ,SRST

•             Video :

                     Polycom Video Conference ,Tandberg Video conference.

                    Vendor : Polycom, Cisco

•           Basic knowledge about Webcast

•           Basic  Knowledge in Network Data
