Re: [MTC Global] CRITICAL QUALITY FACTORS IN MANAGEMENT EDUCATION

Dear Sir, All Institutes claim to meet these parameters on paper. Is it possible that an
Institute that does not claim meeting these parameters is still able to provide quality
education to the students and quality products to the corporates? If the answer is yes
then most of these parameters have no direct bearing on the quality of education.
Some important parts such as: Top Management Commitment, Process driven approach,
Involvement of the people and Quality Leadership by the processes owners are features
whose metrics need mention too. Ultimately it is the commitment to quality which matters.
