Claims System Project 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions of the Position):Primarily responsibility will be documenting business requirements for a new enterprise Claims System. 

This system workflow enabled system will support data gathering, document management, and QA reviews of materials needed to submit claims. Requirements will include both business process requirements and business rules governing data management and interfaces.

Will be responsible for attending requirements workshops and using notes to create requirements documents in the form of dataflow diagrams, swim lane diagrams, data dictionaries, report specifications, business rules.

Create test cases to support testing of the application, interfaces and reports.

Assist with the creation of application training materials.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: 

Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience implementing Claims systems (or similar system).

Demonstrated experience developing applications specifications for platform based systems.

We will be building the application on a cloud platform (possibly ServiceNow or Salesforce) – not coding the application but instead configuring the application platform. 

Candidate must have experience implementing cloud-based applications. 

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience documenting system requirements using dataflow diagrams, swim lane diagrams, data dictionaries, report specifications, business rules.

Candidates should be prepared to show examples of their previous work products (dataflow diagrams, swim lane diagrams, data dictionaries, report specifications, business rules).

Good listening and note taking skills

Very Good diagraming skills (primary duty)

Good understanding of business processes
