Position : Funtional Business Analyst

Location: Memphis, TN

12+ years Domain Expertise in Air Cargo, Aircraft Maintenance in the following systems

a. Fleet Planning and Operations

b. Aircraft parts - Supply chain & Inventory Management across Hubs

c. Aircraft Maintenance

d. Aircraft documentation

e. Weight & Balance

2. Process – Agile and Iterative

3.Expertise in

a.Collecting requirements and authoring Business Requirements Specification (BRS) and Software Requirements Specification (SRS)

i. BRS – Business Use cases & Sub Use cases

ii.SRS – Functional & Non-functional requirements elaboration through Epics & User Stories (including validation criteria)

iii.Ensuring forward and backward traceability between Requirements and work products (BRS, SRS, Architecture, Design, Code, Test and Defects)

b. Reviewing Test Specification and Test Scenarios against BRS and SRS to ensure functional coverage

c. Testing the functionalities against BRS and SRS

d. Prior experience in Presales and Practice is plus

4. Soft Skills (high sense of ownership)

a. Goal oriented, highly rigor in the process and follow-up

b. Communication and presentation skills

c. Stakeholder management (conflict resolution) across enterprise

d. Team player across regions and culture
