1.IBM WMB v8.0, IBM WMQ v7.5
2.Unix scripting
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Support engineer in 24x7 Production support project, Debug, Analyze, Defect fix and provide workaround
2. Support and coordinate high severity production defects
3. Onsite-Offshore coordination
