1. The world is changing and everywhere people are rejecting the idea of living under the domination or control of any regime that wants to deprive them of their basic rights or the right to govern themselves. We have seen that in Europe even though European countries signed the Maastricht treaty for European Union, many EU members are realizing that the EU has been destroying their identity and denying them the rights to be governed by laws that are based on their local culture. That is why the United Kingdom which was a founding member of the EU decided to vote to leave the EU. Even in France which is one of the pillar nations of the European Union, anti EU sentiment is extremely high and the French far right is going to propose that the French people should vote on leaving the EU if it wins the presidential election in 2017.
2. In Cameroon we are witnessing the same phenomenon of a regime which has centralized all powers in Yaoundé around a single individual who has confiscated political power for 34 years. He governs the country in absentia and never holds cabinet meetings.
3. But the unique aspect of the union of French speaking and English speaking Cameroonians is that it was not done through a formal union treaty. It was an informal arrangement between the peoples of the Cameroons who only share the commonality of German colonization from 1884 to 1916 who decided to cohabitate from October 1961. That is why the union has been described as a "Tontine Union" in reference to the commonly found informal associations which function on the basis of unwritten agreements.
4. It is unfortunate that President Paul Biya has abused this amicable cohabitation between Anglophones and Francophones for over 34 years during which he introduced policies which were aimed at the annexation and the destruction of the cultural identity of the Anglophones who constitute nearly 30% of the total population. This is what triggered the crisis which led to an indefinite strike by teachers and students in the Anglophone regions in November 2016.
5. The consequence of this political crisis is that the Tontine Union has collapsed and there is a need to identify the political system which will enable the Anglophones to have their proper place in Cameroonian society. That is why it has become necessary to launch an SCREXIT referendum to determine what the people of the Anglophone regions want.
6. The proposed SCREXIT referendum shall be done by collecting signatures of the people of Southern Cameroons origin living around the whole world. They shall be required to respond to the following question:
7. Do you want the former British Southern Cameroons (NW +SW) to continue to be part of a united Cameroon under a federal system or do you want it to exit the union completely? Choose by ticking "Fed" or "Exit"
8. The referendum question has been so phrased because there are citizens from the Anglophone regions who want to remain part of the Cameroon under a federal system while others want to breakaway completely. We must establish the real situation through this consultation process.
9. President Paul Biya and his government are strongly advised not to interfere with this consultation process because everyone wants to find out the truth and the way forward. The attempt to use brutal force by the police and the gendarmes to interfere with this process shall only compound the problem and convince more and more Anglophones to choose the "Exit" option. The results shall be compiled and released to the general public by 11 February 2017.
10. If the results are in favour of a united country under a federal system, them we shall sit down as Cameroonians and decide how such a federal system should be structured so that the rights of the Anglophone minority are protected. However, if the results are in favour of a complete exit from the union, then the government of President Paul Biya must accept that it is the will of the people of the former British Southern Cameroons. The results shall be compiled and sent to the African Union and the UN Security Council.
11. France and the United Kingdome shall be required to jointly sponsor a UN Security Council resolution leading to the creation of two independent nations based on the borders that existed between the two UN Trust Territories prior to the reunification on 1st October 1961.
12. Note: Only people who are indigenes of the Northwest and Southwest regions of Cameroon are allowed to sign these forms. Everyone who is and indigene of this region is advised to sign the form, wherever they are in the world, because the results shall be computerized and placed into a database which can be consulted at any time to find out each person voted. Make sure that your name is on the database

------------------>THE TRIAD PRINCIPLE<-------------------------
**Only when we acknowledge and remain steadfast to the TRUTH**
**Only when we recognize and never negotiate away our RIGHTS**
**Only when we accept the realities of our one and unique IDENTITY**

Only by adopting these TRIAD principles of survival and propagation
Can we expect to harness and maintain the power that belong to us as the people, the nation, the state and as the REPUBLIC OF AMBAZONIA (The United Nations Trust Territory of the Southern Cameroons under United Kingdom Administration).

THIS IS OUR INALIENABLE RIGHT WHICH MUST BE RESTORED BY EVERY 'MEANS' POSSIBLE! We have only two options, the AMBAZONIA's Sovereignty-equality/Sovereignty-recognition model (the option-ONE) is here to enable us take advantage of the law as we mobilize our people to recognizing their rights to their AMBAZONIAN nationality.  The other alternative left for us is the conflict model [option TWO], which still must be FULLY ENGAGED recognizing that it has its own set rules! CAUTION!! we must get our people "hurriedly" mobilized TO ACTUALIZED THEIR RIGHTS TO THEIR NATIONALITY as AMBAZONIANS and not fight Cameroon as 'southern cameroonians". To call ourselves 'SOUTHERN CAMEROONIANS', can hardly be  recognized by observers as an act of "self-determination". It is time to think SMARTER even while we get ANGRIER!
