It is sad to see the Minister of Higher Ed signing on a document without a date/year on it. The document is a fraud. Besides, I have been at UBa/ENS/ENSET since 2007. The pop of ENSET alone is in thousands. Econs level 1-5 is close to three hundred,, including privates. Admin tech in ENSET is four to five options also totally over 300. So what year did the minister produce the data? Besides most frogs are redoing their birth certificates in Bamenda claiming origin. We know the places where these are done. Just in case Tim Mbesha questions my authority: let him know I grew up at Azire/Atuakum Bamenda where our house is; I knew every car owner in Bamenda in 1977 by name and color of car, and also knew all taxi drivers, etc. Today I know every street in B'da and can say who owned what where and when; I actually worked as supervisor of the tarring of Commercial Ave, Oldtown Rd, Cow St, Gana St, and Diversion near Governor Office back in 1984/85. He should stay focused and lets deliver our masses from such crooked minds like Minister of Higher education just displayed. If the Minister is presenting such data, he would not explain why every econs class I have taught since 2011 until present is having a majority of Francophone students. Again, the data is a quick fix in an already ugly situation, period!

THE LEGACY OF AMBAZONIA  (UN Trust Territory of British Cameroons): The Parliamentary Opposition, ...forged for itself a new role noteworthy for its dignity; and the government,..never attempted to withdraw...the legal recognition that was its due. Thanks to this...West Cameroon has won for itself the prestige of being the one place in West Africa (if not all of Africa) where democracy, in the British style, has lasted longest in its genuine form.  --Prof. Bernard Nsukika Fonlon, The Task of Today, p. 9
