Duration                     6 Months Contract

 

 

 

Looking for a SSIS/ETL Developer/Architect to assist an enterprise level financial organization in Tampa, FL with a 2005 to 2012 upgrade. This individual will be responsible for converting approximately 200 packages. Qualified candidates will have experience performing upgrades, strong SSIS skills, and a good understanding of the C# language.

 

This will initially be a 6 month project, but will have a strong possibility of extension. It is a great opportunity to work on a highly visible project within a well-known organization, not only in the Tampa area, but nationwide.

 

Responsibilities of SSIS/ETL Consultant (SSIS, C#):

 

SQL 2005 upgrade to newer version. 200 plus SSIS packages needed to be upgraded, 2012 SSIS Package Farm. Work with other teams to validate the changes, packages range from simple to very complex. VB script needs to be upgraded.

 

Technical Requirements of SSIS/ETL Consultant (SSIS, C#):

•             Strong SSIS Development Skills

•             Experience working with Team Foundation Server

•             Some understanding of BMC Scheduler

•             SSIS Package Migration Experience

•             Documentation skills

•             Previous experience working with teams

•             Testing Skills

•             C# Scripting
