Need "C# Developer" with CRM Exp in Overland Park, KS

Role: C# Developer

Location: Overland Park, KS

Duration: 1 Year

REQUIRED:

-C# and a MINIMUM of 8-20 years experience.

-MUST have CRM experience. Do not submit people who have no CRM experience.

-MUST have WEB API

-9 or 10/10 comm skills is a MUST. Must gather there own requirements from end users. Must have recent and strong experience doing this.

Initially they also need this developer to be able to do a deep dive into the CRM's and the client's requirements, trying to decide which application will be easier to configure and ultimately helping decide which one to use.

He knows he's not going to find someone with experience developing and configuring within the 2 CRMs they are using, BPM online and Pivotal. Both web based CRM tools that use C# and both pretty new, one out of Europe so not even really here yet. Very similar to Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite but just the opposite of PeopleSoft (PeopleCode) and Salesforce (Apex) that are in a Java framework. Web API's are obviously very important as it's a web based tool and integration is paramount.

Not allowing anyone remote, at the beginning – need to be onsite and are looking for someone to work about 40-50 hrs. per week.

Need to be able to customize, configure and rewrite C# code to morph the CRM product to the client's requirements.

Specifically:

Good communication skills – no language barrier
Strong C# coding skills
CRM framework skills and able to work in all different pieces of the software puzzle
Web API experience a must
