The Senior Divisional Officer,
Ndian Division, South West Region,
Cameroon.
Sir,
I have the pleasure most sincere to submit this note before your
office respecting your personality as the representing foriegn
Ambassador for La Republique du Cameroun in Ndian Division.
It is quite embarrasing Sir for us the indigenous elites of Ndian
Division to witness your aggressive and unlawful attitude towards
non-violent protesters whose agenda is made known at the international
community.
I have the convinction that you are a Graduate from the La Republique
du Cameroun School of Administration ENAM where the Law including the
Constitution of your Country is part of your lessons but yet you take
laws into your hands to torture the People of Ndian Division where you
are an ALIEN.
Mr. SDO, considering your current act of arrestation to silence
protesters in Mundemba where you are based, I wish to notify you that
the Ndian Division you Knew Yesterday is not the same today. God being
on your side, you released our children on time.
To remind, inform and alert you on one certain truth... You should
never in the History of you Stay in Ndian Division act unlawfully
because the population you are dealing with have gain consiousness of
the wicket act and bad faith of your government in intentionally
keeping Ndian Division in obscurity while busily exploiting and
extincting the Ecosystem comprising Petrol, Gold, Timber, Bauxite
Etc...
To Conclude this note Sir, I will finally advice you to seek cousel of
the Elders and Opinion Leaders in Ndian Division before you pose any
act rather than imposing and dictating on our heritage... This is 2017
Mr. SDO and the recent arrest by your order reached me in furious
melody. Please when next you are hungry and thirsty to act unlawfully
begin with Itoe Francis Ebongue, Tel. 65113 8883.
Sincerely Yours,
Itoe Ebongue F.
