                              Thanks for your mail just like throwing a stone to a tree to get a mango.

 

The policy and job market is not like that.Everywhere people are there to work at less salary even if 7th pay is not given at all.

The point is that why it is not rectified at policy level by MHRD to maintain the salary structure as fixed by UGC and AICTE.

This is part and partial of infrastructure and working capital to run an institute. If we pay less definitely quality is not maintained at par which is expected. – Can a higher pay ensure the quality? We know the state of affairs in government institutions where pay outs are definitely handsome (6th pay, 7th pay commission etc.)

 

Maintaining a standard pay structure will maintain  good quality in teaching as well. At the same time work life balance with work spirit will increase.

Can we say that if all institutions pay equally, quality of all the faculty members will become comparable?

 

Much more benefit to the institute will come on different ways. It will bring up goodwill as well. People will like it.

Students will pay for it. 

 

In short, those give more they get more. It will come by the grace of GOD.

True, those who give more they get more – this principle is not applicable to managements alone, this is also applicable to faculty members.

God will do the justice according to happiness. 

In this world people become so greedy, they can't understand the power of GOD who is owner of all the property of the world.

 

If there is any different thought on this please share it to me.

At the end , let me say that if faculty members were to be engaged confirming to certain competency level (those who pay as per norms will also pick and choose who are competent), more than 50% of existing faculty in the country will become jobless.

If all the faculty members of this institute resign , the institute will either close down or mend its ways as per expectations of the faculty. Now if you say there is a ready replacement available to them if you quit, then it is proved that what is being paid is the reigning market value of these faculty members, why grumble then? Those who feel that their market value is better and they are not getting what they deserve, they should quit and go for better institute.
