Role : Big Data consultant 

Only GC OR USC

Location : Phoenix az

Duration :6+ months

 

 

The overall themes are as follows:

• Candidates need strong experience with advanced Java skills. We are looking for people who are more than technicians. They have standard knowledge of the language and syntax.
• Candidates' Big Data experience is primarily with ETL operations to load information into the Big Data environments.

 

We need your help with stringent prescreening to identify candidates who have demonstrated experience with:

• Data structures and algorithms
• Object oriented analysis and design
• Design patterns
• Real-time, event-driven, and message-oriented systems
• Multithreaded programming
• Robust Java experience

 

Going forward, robust, advanced Java experience is a higher priority than Big Data knowledge.

 

Experience in writing native java mapreduce, working experience with HBase and strong java skills.

 

Some of the candidates we can sent in the past claimed experience and working knowledge but didn't match resumes. Kindly pre-screen the candidates accordingly.

 

At least the candidate should have real working knowledge and solid fundamentals in following areas:

 

1.     Big Data Requirements:

2.     Core java

3.     Hdfs/mapreduce fundamentals

4.     Native java mapreduce (writing/tuning/customizing)

5.     Hbase (working knowledge of writing batch/real-time java applications)

Experience with building High Performance Applications

Experience with Real Time Applications
