Position: Mechanical Engineer
 Location:  Newark, CA 

 Duration: Long Term

Desired years of experience: 8+

Mandatory Skills:

ICEPAK

FloTHERM

SolidWORKS

Requisition Details:

• Strong experience using ICEPAK and FloTHERM software
  
• Working knowledge of heat transfer and cooling of electronic components, using forced air convection of air
  
• Sufficient knowledge of SolidWORKS to enable exchange of information 
• Strong working knowledge of thermal testing including thermometry, proper methods for instrumentation of electronics for temperature and airflow measurement
• operation of typical thermal lab equipment including airflow bench, dataloggers erature and airflow measurement
• Primary responsibilities will be to provide analysis, simulation and thermal design guidance for electrical and mechanical design engineering groups and, to conduct thermal testing and evaluation using thermal temperature and airflow lab facilities. 
• Working knowledge of heat transfer and cooling of electronic components, using forced air convection of air.
