o Perform functional business analysis
o Design and configure new functionality in PeopleSoft System
o Identify and resolve project issues effectively
o Develop and review project deliverables
o Prepare Test plans and Test Scripts for System and Integration Testing
o Assist in unit and integration testing
o Provide functional post-implementation support
Detail Job Description:
• Validate Fit/Gap Analysis
• Conduct workshops and design to-be process business flow
• Provide recommendations on best practices
• Functional design
• Application configuration
• Validate test plans
• Conduct SIT
• User training using "Train the Trainer" approach
• Support UAT
• Work with Project Manager to define "GO LIVE" activities
• Support "GO LIVE" activities
• Provide support during warranty period;
