Job Description:
Keywords: Business Analysis, Requirements Definition, Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BRD, Functional Specifications, Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Functional Description (FD), Data Flow Diagrams (DFD)

Requirements:

• 12 to 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Familiarity with application development in Microsoft Technologies, Mobility Apps, or cloud-based applications.
• Experience in writing business requirements and functional specifications for windows, web, and mobile applications.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for scrum based projects.
• Should have worked with onsite/offshore teams (extremely familiar with the offshore development model)
• Able to simultaneously handle multiple projects/priorities.
• Experienced in formal SDLC methodologies (waterfall and Agile Methodologies preferred)
• Effective communication skills (able to communicate with senior management and key stakeholders)
• Experience with TFS for user story creation and requirements tracking
