Job Description:

• Expert in workflow design using the Serena Business Mashups (SBM) / TeamTrack product.
• Use your operational analytical skills to design/develop, program, and maintain SBM workflows and processes.
• Using your skills, you will learn and understand business processes to develop scalable solutions to optimize those processes, bring transparency, accountability, and discover opportunities for improvement.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Primary responsibility will be to design/implement workflows within SBM

·         Support the requirements gathering and documentation, analysis, design, development, testing, demonstrating and deploying Serena SBM workflows to meet user's requirements
