give the people a break. We are in a fight and business is business. Biya uses guns whilst the people use the pen. Information is the new currency of this liberation fight. Biya knows it and that is why he cuts internet, threatens and imprisons journalists etc. If he wants corroboration he should reconnect the internet for such corroboration. With no internet, our game plan is that whatever information we get from someone who manages to reach the motherland in Douala or Bafoussam and sends, we forward to as many as possible.

On Mayor Ekema, I have read from various sources that he was beaten by an angry and hungry lawyer and that he has transferred his children for security reasons to Douala. Imagine a young lawyer who is still struggling to have his feet on the ground. Due to lawyers' strike he has not worked for over 6 months, cannot pay his rents, and cannot feed. He decides in the interim to abandon his gown and borrows say 250,000 cfa to open a small corner shop selling celery, Kotimanju, Jansa, and other spices to survive whilst fully observing the ghost town and Mayor Ekema comes and seals his shop for not opening during ghost town days. The suffering, the hunger, the anger made the young lawyer to take manners into his hands and gives Mayor Ekema a snake beating until he was hospitalized. Its a jungle out there.

I know you did not pen this "Breaking News" but don't you think it is beneath your dignity to forward uncorroborated, poorly written (what ever you pick up from facebook)? Yes, all of us want "Hot News @ the War front" but a man of your standing and calibre should think twice before putting your name behind this type of "spin news". Sometimes you need to take a step back, look, think, analyze rationally B4 you jump into "News Breaking". The Ekema fellow is not even news-worthy material in the present dispensation. Talk to us about the conquistador Ewondo Governor who has conveniently taken a very low profile ( a man who was known for his bombastic arrogance,, flamboyant I don't care attitude and his top-down "I go shu wuna pepper" style of governance" before the Southern cameroons crisis erupted. That govermor thought he was the alpha and omega of the Biya circus...Now the Pah has entered voluntary sissongo. Talking about characters like Ekema is just like chasing the poor guy who stole 2000frs cfa while looters of hundreds of millions are riding past in their ill-gotten unnecessarily expensive Prados, Bugatti Veyron, Pangani Huayra, Lamborghini Veneno or even the Ferrari Sergio (Pollo??) Where do they even drive these state of the art cars in Cameroon that has some of the worst roads in the entire universe? This punitive measure should not apply to "Bush Fallers" bicos all dem dey work hard for their nkap and they have every right to go back in December and make smol "Mvoum" and enjoy Bush Falling priviledges. Ekema Patrick mayor of Buea municipality have bn severely beaten and ...hospitalised this afternoon by a lawyer that the mayor locked his store. Bravo bravo. Source says his highly hospitalised in Diaspora city of Douala. That he has moved his family to the diaspora, In the neighboring city of Douala in La Republic. Everybody lye low and calm enough is enough for that mayor.
