We have a requirement for BA with Mortgage Insurance.
Location: WoodLand Hills, CA (LA)
Duration: 6 months
resources with 9+ years over all and solid comms and good techincally
Design, implement and deploy solutions for the business processes on Salesforce platform
Design an end-to-end sales process from lead to opportunity to quote to close to order through fulfillment
Come up with Best practices for managing lead data quality and routing Document implementation considerations (validation rules, process builder, automation, record types, page layouts, workflow, and triggers) Determine when it is appropriate to include custom application development or third-party application Identify the appropriate third-party products/applications to meet business requirements Coordinate, lead, setup, and document user acceptance tests to ensure the quality of developed solutions prior to production deployment (includes creating test plans) create and maintain documentation of all application integrations and all custom development on the Work with Enterprise Data Architect to ensure the quality and integrity of Salesforce data Research and advise on best practices for Salesforce solutions Remain current on Salesforce best practices, technologies, and certifications Work with consultants and/or offshore resources in support of Salesforce development work
Qualifications:
Min of 5+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Understanding relationships between sales stages, forecast, and pipeline Understanding of multi-currency in Salesforce opportunities Familiar with software development life cycle methodologies Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards Experience with User Roles, Security, Profiles, and user hierarchy in support of Salesforce functionality Working knowledge of visual layout, workflow rules and business logic to streamline and enhance business processes and improve user experience Background integrating marketing automation platform with Salesforce Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment
