Experience: 12 - 13 yrs 

​1.Strong Platform architecture experience on CRM projects that use SFDC technology platform

2. Strong SFDC background (SFDC certification for development / solution are a must)

3. Good communication and presentation skills

4.Have good interpersonal skills as the person will be working with customers directly in the capacity of 'platform architect'

5. Experience interacting with Sales and Marketing stakeholders

6. Minimum 12 years of total IT experience

7. Minimum 6 years of SFDC experience in the capacity of an architect or technical lead

8. Life science domain experience

9. Review Design and frameworks to ensure development teams follow best practices and standards

10.Provide solutions for Complex business requirements using SFDC platform

11. Create complex code samples using Apex, Visual force page and integration technologies
