Experienced Hadoop engineer with extensive background handling large volumes of data for both batch and interactive query processing.
Skills Required:
· Java, J2EE
· Hadoop, HCatalog, HDFS,Hive, Pig, Oozie
· HBase, Phoenix
· Kylin,AtScale
· Knox, Ambari, Ranger
· XML, JSON Data formats
· Windows, Linux
· MS Office
· GIT, TFS
Experience Required:
· 10+Years' strong IT application development experience.
· 5+ years' experience building Java applications using standard Java, J2EE technologies.
· 5+ years' experience on dealing with large volumes of data.
· 3+ years of strong Hadoop experience dealing with large volumes of data for batch processing and interactive data accesses.
· Experience with relational database technologies and No-SQL technologies
· Hands on experience with OLAP tools on Hadoop.
· Strong Linux shell scripting and Linux knowledge.
· Experience with unit testing and source control tools like GIT, TFS, SVN
· Knowledge on reporting tools such as TIBCO Spotfire is a plus
