Age is not an excuse for not doing things. Nanammal, 97-year-old woman from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu teaches yoga to more than 100 students daily. She is possibly the oldest yoga instructor in India. Started at an age of 8, she never stopped practicing yoga at any point in my life. That's the secret of her health. The food she consumes every day is highly rich in fiber and calcium. Being a natural early riser, she drinks 500 ml of water as soon as she wakes up, and uses Neem sticks to brush her teeth. She eats healthy food at all times of the day, like fruits, milk with honey, and turmeric powder. 97-year-old great grandmother is fitter than many of us. Hats off Nanammal!!
