Re: [MTC Global] What do you think is the future of business education?

All B- Schools have to reinvent themselves by offering courses and effecting  academic delivery, in line with the job expectations of the students and
the requirements of the industry. If they do not do it quickly, low and middle rung B-Schools will face the challenge of survival and growth respectively.
Job profiles in the industry have been changing rapidly ,so are the skills needed.  Traditional silos of HR/Marketing/Finance are breaking .
Faculty members in the B Schools ( that do not have industry experience ) must step out and see  what is happening in the industry so that they can mold the students accordingly.

Q. What do you think is the future of business education — no silos? What is the role of Business Education in digital economy? Are the B-schools are ready for it?
