First of all let me convey my thanks once again for being a partner with us for this conclave on a subject of our mutual interest.

The invite letter and the other latest  documents related to the conclave are attached. May I request you to instruct your staff at MTC to forward these attachments with a small note from your side mentioning that all MTC members will get 50% discount on registration fee.

We would love to have some of the MTC members in our souvenir also.
