I am happy to attach herewith one of the HR policies I have designed and have been seriously implementing it in spirit since 2009. Under this HR provision:
- Turned out over 15 PhDs, 5 in pipe line (from IITs, NITs, Universities. etc.). I was internal guide for 3 PhDs from NIT Warangal and one from BAMU.
- 2 M Arch (open university)., two ME (BAMU), 2 M Lib (open university)., 3 B Tech (Mechanical) (open university)., one MBA in pipeline, (open university).
