Re: [MTC Global] Education Vs Skills?

I think both are connected in many ways. Sharpening skills do require practice which also means rigorous training. In other words, over time, richer experience does involve education as well training. For example, one can become a good programmer (skill) mastering one or the other programming language. However, it requires better education, understanding or the knowledge of the intricacies of that programming language, which in turn leads to better skills. In summary, honing skills require both life-long learnings as well as practice.
