More than industry internship, it is essential that all students aspiring for higher education go through one year's orientation course on the subjects philosophy, sociology, politics, psychology and economics so that they can take a holistic approach to any issue including their learning in the industry.

It is time to make every course integrated with one year of internship in industry. For instance, B.Tech 4 year course will now be 5 year course including the last year of industry internship. Same thing applies for three year degree course, this becomes four year course including one year industry internship.

Strengths consist of 5 components namely;
1. Knowledge - What is learned through education.
2. Skills - What is practiced, mental and physical
3. Talents - What is given by God.
4. Attitude - Result of environment - Family, School, Religion, Peer, Society... etc.
5. Values - The belief one holds for what is right and good.
