Re: [MTC Global] Education Vs Skills?

Dear All,
Our students belong to the Tech Savvy generation are victims of abundance when it comes to values and attitude; we should better leverage the abundance for accelerating their career progression.
  • Shortage of cash or credibility leads to poor decisions during the career launching period.
Further to the possibility of ensuring government support for in-plant training, student's partnership in learning, acquiring knowledge and professional skills etc needs to be complemented by providing appropriate corpus fund for start-of-life to pursue careers of their choice or entrepreneurship.
  • Parents may be encouraged to take short duration premium payment plan, for example, which will be fully paid by them so that it may be used as a collateral for initial period of experimentation and establishment.
Warm regards,
G.S.Autee

If government includes the training of students from higher education institutions in the approved CSR activities list, almost all students can be absorbed for internship.

And why industry should give work to these interns?

It is time to make every course integrated with one year of internship in industry.  For instance, B.Tech  4 year course will now be 5 year course including the last year of industry internship. Same thing applies for three year degree course, this becomes four year course including one year industry internship.
