It is true "Expectations and Aspirations and Constraints of an Indian Graduate are quite different ….. Are we indeed scientific and rational wrt the expectations, aspirations and constraints of our grads?  Is there any insightful reliable research survey in the matter during the last 7 decades?

If not:

1. Why so?
2. What our stalwarts have been doing?
