I think answer to your question is very obvious; If doubt/query is such that will benefit other students too or it will help in better understanding of remaining lecture, then it should be dealt with immediately otherwise you may ask the student to meet you after the lecture or any other time convenient to you.

It's been a confusion whether student's  doubts/queries of must be cleared soon after they ask OR should we clear their doubts after the lecture ?
