Respected Prof. Bholanath sir, wonderful caricature of the present scenario in most of the organizations at large and government organizations in particular......
.....sir, the thing is, till the end of 1990s or 2000 .....in Indian scenario, once somebody gets employment, whether it is government or private employment, he does n't feel like updating his knowledge and/or qualifications......
.....unfortunately, even in universities, by and large, similar kind of situation is prevailing.....
....In our Indian organizations, if somebody enriches his knowledge and qualifications, he will be considered as a kind of fool.....on the other hand, getting some promotion by some rote learning or by managing the higher ups, he will be considered as a successful person....any how, things are slowly changing towards a better India
