These rulings from Banjul have taken place since I was born. None of them have ever been enforced. You people should stop relying on any African organization to solve our problems because they are just too dishonest and phony. They make rulings which are not enforceable in order to save their names whereas behind closed doors the regime bribes them bigly. My dear I want to quote Aristotle a lot... NEXT TIME I WILL.
