Re: [MTC Global] On-Demand Career-Mentoring as a Service

Dear All,
It's indeed wise to remain open and responsive to what comes their way.,but clarity and focus are important qualities for success. Students should be groomed for following:
  • Assume 100% responsibility for their own level of clarity.
  • Ask for help when in need as a good counselor can help draw out and validate a path that's right for them;
  • Creating the path is their joint responsibility.
Creating Institutional resources, infrastructure and mentor-development programs must be given due priority.

Subject: [MTC Global] On-Demand Career-Mentoring as a Service

Dear All,
Career-mentoring and professional development programs should be the focus of career-academics initiatives during the first semester, (as envisaged by AICTE too).
  • Youngsters don't feel ready for life, neither for college nor for a career;
  • our education system has failed the next generation in this regard..
  • We need to expose them to all of the career possibilities that suit their desires and individual skill sets earlier;
  • their career paths are going to be fiercely competitive and often confusing.
Warm regards,
G.S.Autee
