I fully concur with the statement. 

Lot of discussions are taking place about CSR after it became mandatory for a certain class  of companies. 

Though the legal provision looks not good,  the spirit of the CSR provision is in line with the statement under discussion.  None of the companies have spoken bad about the legal necessity. 

Many articles have proved the above
