Re: [MTC Global] [Weekend Big Debate-I] How are we preparing or children for the jobs of the future?”

Education and job creation is a man-made cycle that goes on in cyclical manner, revolving about the hub of human survival and values as:

  1. Educate the kids with opening for new jobs
  2. old jobs replaced by new ones
  3. Meet training needs
  4. go to (1) above.
For healthy uninterrupted cycling, we need not only entrepreneurship, creativity, and interpersonal skills but also much more beyond this like humanity, survival, sustainability, utility,  living values, etc.

Subject: [MTC Global] [Weekend Big Debate-I] How are we preparing or children for the jobs of the future?"
There's a lot of rhetoric around the fact that within the next decade, 50% of the jobs we know today … will be replaced by new jobs that will need high levels of creativity, an entrepreneurial mindset, and high levels of interpersonal skills.

These are the important things that are missing from the education debate in most of the forums.

How are we preparing or children for the jobs of the future?"
