It is not peoples' thinking rather it is the policy makers' thinking which works in the country.
These countries people spend more time on research and innovative. They are highly regarded and paid as well. Because people rarely can achieve that stage with knowledge.
In India it is easy to get certificate without knowledge. If you don't agree it is personal . But most of the people says this.
