Re: [MTC Global] What is the transformation you believe our higher education system must bring for India to be a tech leader by 2025?

Sir, The question has been asked many times in this forum.Sage advice regarding how to go
about achieving the high quality in Education has also been mentioned in this forum.
Several good suggestions have also been provided.
A few suggestions are:
1. Improve the Intake of students. Let there be fewer but eager students intent on
learning and and imbibing the current knowledge and skills
2.Multi dimensional instructional contact with students which includes, peer learning,
internships, using currently available technology and tools and project work.
3.Research Projects to address the Institution's problems engaging a mix of outside
researchers, faculty members and students.
4. Establishment of a Teacher's and Trainer's Council of India for Continuing Teacher and
Trainer education, with certification levels over and above the educational qualification
necessary to impart instructions at the correct level.
5. Removing the profit motive from Education in the classroom activities
6. Creating the career path for talented teachers and educators.
7 Creating a Constitution and Norms for the propagation of value neutral ideas and
concepts and prevention of hate ideologies and propagandist content in classroom
instructions be it in books, pamphlets, lectures and interactions between the teachers
and students.
These are a few of the suggestions.
Best regards,
K.Paranjpe

As a faculty, we should allow students to go outside of class roomsallow students to
