My take is:

1. Human Resource is the prime source that generates other (secondary) resources so necessary for the survival of human beings, as an individual or a member of human community.
2. Unlike other living creatures, for man, only change (as a result of continuing growth and development) is the only constant.
3. Change so necessary for man's survival is very dynamic, agile and vibrant and follows VUCA model.
4. Naturally HR has to sustain such a model that calls for suitable/acceptable everchanging HR policies.
5. Hence it is not unexpected that HR policy every after 5 decades (2 generations) will change dramatically. Those who assimilate such a change will be the winners, masters.
   
6. Succinctly,   HR is going to stay in one or the other form till the man going to stay.
