Re: [MTC Global] Chandigarh boy’s Google story is an indictment of India’s education system

Well articulated Prof Dutta! In fact, all of us are responsible for this and there is no gainsaying in this fact even. I strongly feel that education and health need more sensitive, dedicated and experienced people in leading and decision making positions to rectify the fatal ills that have afflicted both the systems. I assert that a'people's positive movement by the directly not benefitting but fearless patriots' is the crying need of the hour. We are letting corrupt individuals decide the fate of the country  and then lamenting at the sorry state of affairs. This must stop at all costs. Here I must specify that by corruption, I mean the simple fact of   'not doing properly what it is meant to do' as it is taken in electronics ( a pendrive, a CD) and if a student is not studying to the extent it is expected normally, he or she is corrupt, a teacher does not teach in the way he/ she is expected to teach, he is corrupt. And if Educational Administrators are not supervising and guiding to the extent  normally required, they are corrupt. This technical corruption is the root cause of all problems.
With warm regards
Sheojee Singh
