The pertinent question in the matter is:
- Whether these 1.5 m jobs are on regular pay roll or not ? It cannot be denied in some sectors like construction, jobs were withdrawn as the the flow of unaccounted money was stopped due to demonetization.
- The term "jobless growth" is a confusing one: Is it the growth in joblessness (unemployment)? Or Is it (national) growth without adding additional jobs but reducing jobs?
