Re: [MTC Global] A Good Lecture is nothing but....

Dear Esteemed Friends,

A good teacher is a divine blessing. He/she touches the future, transforms lives and makes a big difference. Blessed are the students who had the benefit of studying under the tutelage of great teachers.

A good lecture according to me is not only teaching the subjects but also winning the hearts of your students. A lecture becomes meaningless when it's one sided.

Also the professor should understand the students and handle them accordingly. As a class we get a variety of good, average , sensitive , non sensitive students ... so we should handle the students accordingly.

Students will never look back at a teacher and say 'mam you made a difference in my life , thank you' if the teacher is rude, never understands the student sensitivity and behaves very badly with the student and most importantly makes use of the student for their own benefit.

These points I'm illustrating based on my experience as a teacher and a student as well.

Warm Regards
