Individualised Instruction and Personalized System of Instruction have been extensively researched since early 1960s. Also in India beginning in late 1960's. There's a very rich research literature and evidence. MTC Colleagues may like to look up what exists and build upon that further.
These techniques have been tried/experimented and implemented on students of school and higher education, and also staff training in education, banking and industry sectors.

Thanks Professor for sharing your views foe personalized learning in education. My take is:
- Personalized education is the heart of education system.
- In Gurukul system we have some practices: student be a Mumookshu (inquisitive), to one according to one's potential.
- There is no as such anything called as teaching, but there is learning.
- Learning is personalized: speed of understanding, IQ level, family culture, slow/fast learner, aptitude and attitude, social status, etc.
- Mind play of both teacher and taught play a key role, the mind play is like a VUCA model, totally unpredictable.
- An ideal teacher takes into account all these personal features and sharpen his/her tools, teaching skills.
- Philippines have done a great work in the matter. For them learning is a fun. And fun cannot be standardized, it is totally personal!
- One more precaution: In Maharashtra Ganesh Pooja is going on. In Ganapati Atharvashirsha, it is stated that do not give Vidya (knowledge) to "Ashishyay" one who is not fit for studentship.

Dear All,This is truly a great initiative. The teaching-learning processes must move away from teacher centric mode and move into student-centric mode. This will pave the way for personalized learning. We, at SNIST, have launched several new initiatives to improve effectiveness of teaching and learning at various levels in our undergraduate and post-graduate programs. We actively encourage peer learning and reverse teaching. We have also introduced our own new pedagogical tool called Reverse Crossword Puzzle (RCWP) which is promoting inquisitiveness and inclusive learning. We are willing to share our experiences and the lessons we have learned with all institutions.Best Regards,Prof. G. Many institutions are now embracing the fact that every student is different and in order to give the maximum chance for each student to reach their very best, there is a need to personalize the learning experience. To reach this goal, traditional methods of delivering educational services should be supplemented according to each student's personal needs. How we can achieve it?
