Re: [MTC Global] [Weekend Big Debate-II] Education in India vs education abroad

Indian are going abroad due to standard they have maintain followed by high package and mental peace. Indian education system is highly politicize. Educated in India are least respected, very low package with no standing with the exception of only few.

My take is:
  1. Students are selective for foreign degrees, e.g., degrees from UK, USA are preferred, found to be most appealing.
  2. Indian mind set: Foreign is always good.
  3. Quality assurance of foreign degree  that in turn ensures high take home pay, in particular and community services/status, in general.

How and why do students choose a foreign university over one in India? Does one really score over another?
