Urgent: 12 'Dying' Southern Cameroonians in SED 'Bunker,' Yaoundé, Announce Hunger Strike for August 7
Some twelve Southern Cameroonians detained in what they describe as a bunker at the Gendarmerie headquarters, SED in Yaoundé, have announced an indefinite hunger strike from Monday August 7 2017.
Speaking through a leaked video, they said they were ready to pay the ultimate price to see the restoration of Southern Cameroons statehood.
One of the detainees, George Tang, whose whereabouts were not known since his arrest in Limbe, a month ago appears in the video. Several questions are being raised about the exact number of Southern Cameroonians arrested.
