Sunday Romanos and Izumi showed peri-implant cases treated with lasers. Though both showed full flaps, and bone graft materials (dead people powder, Chinese hamster ovaries, Swedish baby pig juice, cow bones, etc...) and sutures in their cases.

Unfortunately, the other side LAPIP was not to be seen at the AAP. Though it was shown at the Periolase users meeting the day before the AAP. Several peri-implantitis cases were shown without the need of flaps, bone graft materials, nor sutures with spectacular results.
