Role: C/C++ Software Engineer
Location: Manhattan, NY
Length: 6 month + contract
Interview: 1 phone

Principal Responsibilities:
*Involvement in the architecture, design, implementation and testing of the software solutions
*Use UML for designing software solutions and require the knowledge of one or more of C, C++, Java programming languages in Unix
*Perform the senior software developer role for software development projects and will assist in resolving issues
*Work in a highly integrated team environment complying with the team members located in other areas of the country

*The ideal candidate will possess minimum five years of experience in software development using C/C++ for the financial systems
*The candidate will possess strong problem solving/software development skills.
*Knowledge of financial applications
*The candidate must possess solid writing skills and strong verbal communication skills as the position requires working in a highly integrated team environment
