This poor girl came in, had a history of family violence and subsequent thumb sucking, but is going to school and really trying to get ahead in life. Her smile is a big concern, as you might guess.

Obviously, she needs significant orthodontic treatment, but the kicker here is that she is moving to Oregon in six weeks and would like to look better for her new job. I am seriously considering what I might be able to help her with, with some sort of bonded veneer to make her look normal from the maxillary or smile standpoint. Obviously, the occlusion won't be a big deal.

What do you think?
